Dina Cohen teaches Dynamic Flow yoga which balances the dynamism and power of a strong flowing form with the softness and stillness of Yin yoga.
Years ago, when she started to explore yoga, “I was naturally drawn to stronger Asthanga forms. But it was the slower, more passive practices that soothed my nerves and quieted my mind”. So her Dynamic Flow teaching fuses the best of these – Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin yoga – to create a comprehensive practice that increases flexibility, tones and strengthens the body and soothes the mind.

Dina: “I love yoga because it makes me feel more alive, more present in my body and more comfortable in my own skin.  I love creating a balanced practice that is both calming and energising.”

All our yoga holidays are designed for all levels. As on other weeks, there is one session in the morning and one late-afternoon.
