The Masters
The Power of Ki
with Karl Grunick
£695

It is very hard to describe how the magic of a true master really works, particularly when dealing with Ki (life energy): a pretty indefinable thing in itself. So, the best thing to do in Karl’s case is to come along, join in and see your life changing, just as it did for everyone who’s experienced his work.

But, for those who won’t just take our word for it, here is a stab at describing what his work is all about:
Karl Grunick is a master of Ki (energy). He has mastered the use of energy over 20 years. He uses simple exercises (so simple you will find it hard to believe them) to show what it is like to be in Ki (in energy): strong, clear and open… and out of Ki… and the incredible difference between the two states.
He will also show you that through some simple alignments of the body you can immediately be in Ki: more alive and totally present.

Karl: “If you’ve ever tried to hold down a toddler or take something away from a child, you’ll know how difficult it can be. That’s because children are naturally in Ki. The judging and limiting minds don’t get in the way. They just ‘are’ and simply ‘do’.”

Here is an example of one of the incredible exercises he uses:
A woman is lying down on her front and three people are asked to lie on the back of her legs. When she tries to lift her legs using strength and will, she finds it is physically IMPOSSIBLE, however strong she is. Then she is asked to stop trying, accept and make it just as simple as lifting her legs up to get out of bed. When the expectation of effort and the focus on the problem is lost, this small woman actually makes the three guys tumble off her legs.
Imagine how powerful this learning is when you relate it to how you are in life, and how you approach problems and issues in your life. Then imagine a whole week of such magical experiences, with your brain just having to MELT in the face of such undisputable evidence that the less you try, the more you get.

“I found that when I rested in “KI” I was strong, powerful and clear beyond my wildest imaginings, yet as soon as my mind or emotions came in or my body tensed then I was weak and doubting of myself and my situation… this was a great learning for me.“ Jeremy
