Catherine Annis teaches a gentle form of Hatha yoga developed by Vanda Scaravelli which focuses on deepening physical awareness and alignment to reveal and release the natural freedom of the body. It is a soft but powerful internal yoga, which uses the breath and gravity to allow the spine to unfold like a wave, leading to the opening and energising of the whole body.

Catherine: “The deep awareness that develops with Scaravelli yoga soon begins to inform our everyday movement too, becoming a form of meditation on every experience both inside and outside of ourselves. I love to see people slowly getting in touch with their own bodies and power”.

All our yoga holidays are designed for all levels. As on other weeks, there is one session in the morning and one late-afternoon.
