The gentler evening sessions focus on relaxation and release, promoting harmony, healthy immune functioning and improving overall vitality. She finds that with the daily practice on this week, her students quickly feel stronger, more flexible, as well as more relaxed and rejuvenated.

All our yoga holidays are designed for all levels. As on other weeks, there is one session in the morning and one late-afternoon.
Dina is a passionate yoga teacher. Yoga has transformed her life and she loves seeing how it can do the same for her students.
The way she has worked with yoga over the years and the way she has been observing how different styles create different results, has allowed her to create a very balanced yoga flow where both the dynamic and the slow can be fully enjoyed and experienced, and work together beautifully.
Her morning sessions start with gentle stretching and Pranayama (breathing exercises) building gradually into a strong flowing sequence presented in a step-by-step way, which makes it suitable for all levels of ability
As confidence and mastery grow, more challenging variations are offered in a non-competitive way. Students love exploring how far they can go, without ever feeling they have to. In this way, the classes are fun and full of life.
